This site is operated by Imrah Trading (Enterprise Number 2011/140706/07), 1777 Mhlabane Street, Reitz, 9810. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Imrah Trading. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and you will not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws. Breach of these Terms terminates your access immediately.

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content may transmit unencrypted; payment data is always encrypted. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

Site content is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information here is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; use it at your own risk.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are VAT-inclusive at the prevailing rate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Some products may be online-only with limited stock. We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately but cannot guarantee on-screen colour accuracy. We reserve the right to limit sales by geography, customer type or quantity.

We may refuse or limit any order. Cancellations trigger contact via email or phone. Reseller orders may be limited. You agree to keep account, billing and card details current.

Third-party tools and links accessible via our site are provided “as is” without endorsement. Review the third party’s own terms before transacting with them.

Comments, suggestions or feedback you send may be used by Imrah Trading without compensation or confidentiality. You warrant that content you submit does not infringe IP rights and contains no malicious code.

Submitted personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may correct errors and cancel orders post-submission if information proves inaccurate, with no obligation to update beyond what the law requires.

• Unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful acts.
• Violating any international, national or local laws.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, abuse, defamation or discrimination.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Uploading malware or interfering with site security.
• Scraping or tracking other users’ personal information.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), including sections 55 and 56 (right to safe, good-quality goods that work reliably for their intended purpose).

Subject to applicable law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages including lost profits, revenue or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Imrah Trading and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Either party may terminate this agreement by notice; obligations incurred prior to termination survive.

These Terms together with the policies on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and Imrah Trading. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be referred to the Magistrates’ Court of competent jurisdiction in the Free State, or the High Court of South Africa where appropriate.

We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
