For direct EFT, email proof of payment to Order@imrahtradings.co.za quoting your order number. Goods are released for shipping only once funds reflect in our account.
Currency & pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are VAT-inclusive at the prevailing rate unless explicitly marked otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See the Returns & Refund Policy for windows and processing detail.
Trade accounts
Established contractors, farms and resellers can apply for a 30-day trade account. Email Sales@imrahtradings.co.za with your company name, registration number, VAT number and your typical monthly spend.
Card security
Imrah Trading does not store full card numbers on its servers. All card data is processed by our payment-gateway partners under PCI-DSS Level 1 controls. 3-D Secure verification is applied where your bank requires it.
