Order handling adds 1 – 2 business days before transit. Outlying or farm areas may add 1 – 2 days. Cross-border export typically lands in 5 – 14 business days.
Delivery via courier
Standard couriers: The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing (DPD Laser). You receive a tracking number by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. EFT-paid orders ship only once funds reflect.
The following items must be collected from Reitz or quoted on a per-load freight basis:
- 1000 L Flowbin™ tanks
- JoJo vertical tanks 5,000 L and above
- Brick-making machines, vibrating tables, mixers
- Bakkie sakkie units (honey suckers, water bowsers, firefighter units)
- Diesel bowser trailers
Collecting your order
Address: 1777 Mhlabane Street, Reitz, 9810. Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00. Bring your order number and proof of identity. We’ll email you the moment your order is ready.
Cut-off & holidays
Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day usually enter the same-day handling queue. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and SA public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Risk & insurance
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the courier signs the parcel over to you (or your agent). Inspect every parcel on the spot and note any damage on the courier waybill before signing. Photos and a same-day email to Order@imrahtradings.co.za are essential for any in-transit damage claim.
